Placing an order with Baby-Safety-Gates.com is simple. Just search our site and click on
items you want to purchase. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you are
not quite comfortable with purchasing items on the web, we do accept orders by phone.
Finding Items
You can find items in a few different ways.
1) Use the Baby-Safety-Gates.com Gate Selection Wizard.
2) Click on a Category at the bottom of any page.
3) Find by Brand or Price at the bottom of any page
If you can't find a product you need, you can use our Search
feature. Just type in a word or two to find items that match.
Compare Items
You can compare gates side-by-side by
checking the box next to the word "Compare" next to any gate
description and clicking the "Compare Items" button. The gates
you choose to compare will be saved as you browse our site so you can find just
the right gate.
Adding Items to Your
Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, simply click the "Add to Cart" button
next to the item on the product detail page. Upon clicking the "Add to
Cart", your item(s) will be added to the shopping cart, and you can
continue shopping right where you left off. You can view the contents of your Shopping
Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top of every page
of our Web site.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If
you want to delete any item in the shopping cart, click on the Remove button
next to the item. Click on the Checkout button after you view your cart.
Enter Shipping and
Billing Information
Fill in your shipping, billing and payment information and click the
"Continue" button to calculate your shipping charges.
Review and Submit Your
Order
Next, you'll check and confirm all of your order information and if it look ok,
click the "Place My Order" button to submit your order to us.
Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We
will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.Order Shipping
We ship UPS-Ground. You order ships within 24 hrs of ordering (excluding
Saturdays and Sundays).
Shipment times will depend on your location.
International Orders
Please call us directly for an order to be shipped outside the Continental
United States.
