Representatives are available to assist you with orders and to answer your questions Monday-Thursday from 8 am to 8 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, EST. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.  You may also fax your order to 1-800-236-9890 or mail us your order. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover/Novus and American Express. Checks should be sent to Baby-Safety-Gates.com, P.O. Box 1265, Burlington, MA 01803.

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept new and resalable items returned within 45 days for an exchange or full refund, less delivery charges. For health reasons, certain items, as noted, are not returnable. Videos, CDs and cassette tapes are not returnable once they are opened. Please send exchanges or returns, along with your name, address, phone number, invoice number or a copy of the invoice to Baby-Safety-Gates.com 13 Alexander Road, #5, Billerica, MA 01821.

Delivery Charges

We ship all orders promptly by UPS.  It should take 3 to 7 working days to receive your order. Oversized items may be subject to additional delivery charges. If applicable, these charges are noted beneath the item description.  For order destinations outside the Continental United States, your order will not be charged or shipped until we determine shipping charges and email you for approval.

Manufacturers' warranties are provided with the products sold and Baby-Safety-Gates.com does not offer any further warranty or guarantee. Effectiveness of each product depends on proper installation and use. The products offered can reduce the likelihood of injury and should make your home a safer environment for your child. All products are to be used under adult supervision. Baby-Safety-Gates.com liability is limited to replacing, exchanging or refunding the cost of any products which do not meet your satisfaction. Colors and fabrics depend on availability and may vary. Prices are subject to change.

Delivery Charges

Shipping is based on deliveries within the continental U.S.  Orders shipped within Massachusetts are subject to 5% state sales tax.
